Description - 25" Cogged and Wedged Industrial V-Belt 3VX250
3VX250
3/8" Wide wedged and cogged belt with 25"outside circumfrence.
Bestorq V-belts are constructed from pre-stretched polyester cord. They are oil and heat resistant to insure maximum performance and life span. Wedged belts are designed to handle 1.5 to 2.0 times the load of classical belts but still maintain the same pulleys used. Also, wedged belts are able to handle more shock loads than plane classical belts. The wedges help to reduce heat and work better with smaller pulleys. They are also stronger than non-cogged belts beacuse of a special banding design that is used.
These belts are constructed of specially engineered, high performance components and are manufactured using the latest belt technology including helically wound tensile cords and pre-stretched polyester material.
